Additional Information

• The maximum group size for this experience is 5 people.

• Participants are able to hand-feed a big cat. Guests may join the tour but will not be permitted to hand-feed.

• This experience is available to individuals aged 14 years and over.

  • Only participants aged 16 years and over may hand-feed a big cat.

  • Individuals aged 14–15 years will be classed as guests and may not hand-feed.

• This experience takes place outdoors, so please wear weather-appropriate clothing.

• Closed-toe footwear is mandatory at all times. Guests without appropriate footwear will not be permitted to enter restricted stand-off areas.

  • Walking boots or wellingtons are recommended during winter months

  • Trainers or flat, closed-toe shoes are suitable in summer

• Scarves, ties, and loose clothing must not be worn in stand-off areas.

• Long hair must be tied back when entering stand-off areas.
